Tom Dunlap

Founder and Managing Partner, DIACSUS LLC | Advisory Board Member with DeepSee.ai and PredictIntel

Tom Dunlap is the Founder and Managing Partner of DIACSUS LLC, an international advisory and consulting firm for the financial services industry, specializing in the data ecosystem spaces of digitization, governance, innovation, integration, transformation, visualization, as well as, operational risk and regulatory intelligence.  Tom is also on the Advisory Boards for fintech companies DeepSee.ai and PredictIntel.

Tom has over 35 years of financial services industry experience across a range of data management and operations leadership roles. Prior to DIACSUS LLC, for 4 years he was Group Chief Data Officer, head of enterprise data governance, and head of data operations of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), as well as, the site lead of the Fort Mill, SC office.  He was a senior consultant and advisor to Raymond James Financial and fintech company Lingotek.  Tom spent 18 years with Goldman Sachs in a variety of operations and data leadership roles, including Managing Director of operations and global head of the firm’s enterprise data strategy and reference data operations. In addition, he held the role of Vice President for Citibank’s Worldwide Securities Services Division.

Tom is a member of the Financial Research Advisory Committee of the US Treasury Department’s Office of Financial Research, on the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Data Management Council, and the CDO Ambassador for South Carolina.

Kirke Cushing 

Partner, DIACSUS LLC | Advisory Board Member with RipeMetrics

Kirke is a Partner of DIACSUS LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in wealth management, regulatory compliance, and strategic business development. He is also a Subject Matter Expert in Financial Services, Risk, and Compliance, providing valuable insights to companies and investors through various expert networks. Kirke serves on the Advisory Board for RipeMetrics, a customer growth platform for small and medium-sized on-line businesses.

Prior to his current roles, Kirke founded and led Cushing Consulting LLC, served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Director at Mesirow Financial, and was the US Head of Client Service at Deutsche Bank's DWS Investments. 

Kirke holds a BA in English from DePauw University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from DePaul University. Kirke uses his expertise in regulatory compliance, go-to-market strategy, and M&A due diligence, combined with his commitment to solving business problems to meet the needs of DIACSUS LLC’s clients.

Alexis Dunlap

Alexis Dunlap is the Executive Administrator for DIACSUS with seven years of progressive work experience. She is skilled in enhancing operational and consultation efficiency through strategic innovations, digital tools, and effective communications. She is adept at fostering growth and improving user engagement by redesigning digital platforms and optimizing logistics. She applies a visionary approach to drive future company advancements. 

She attended the University of Tampa where she studied Philosophy, learning to apply critical thinking skills to her work. She wants to make a difference in the world through varied forms of communication and creativity.
